2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

4. Secure Protective Packaging
Fragrance bottles are securely packed in heavy-duty protective bubble wrap and durable shipping boxes to prevent breakage during transit. In the rare event of damage during delivery, our Refund & Return Policy covers immediate replacement.
